AreaMatter is operated by AttriSight (“we”). By using areamatter.com you agree to these terms.
AreaMatter restates information from official government records: meeting calendars and agendas, development and land-use filings, and published statistics. Every item links to the record it came from. We are not affiliated with any city, county or state government.
Everything on AreaMatter is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, real-estate or professional advice of any kind. The AreaMatter Score describes what official records show about public processes; it does not rate officials, rank governments against one another, or predict property values or anything else. Before acting on anything you read here, verify it against the linked official record, which always controls.
Government records are collected and interpreted automatically at large scale, and errors, omissions and delays can occur. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AttriSight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
You agree not to: access the service by automated means except through interfaces we provide for that purpose; extract, scrape or republish the service’s data in bulk; probe, overload or interfere with the service or its security measures; or misrepresent your identity to it. Commercial data access is available only under a separate written agreement (Data & API).
You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Underlying government records are public. The service itself, including its presentation, organization, scores, aggregations and software, belongs to AttriSight and may not be copied or reused except as these terms allow.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance, and the effective date above moves. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, with disputes resolved in its courts. Questions: use the contact on our About page. See also our Privacy Policy.
